The Summit Hilltoppers football squad scored 14 points and limited the host Morristown Colonials to 11 in the Hilltoppers non-league triumph on Friday.

The Hilltoppers now sport a 1-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Montgomery for a non-league test on Friday, September 5. Summit will meet a Cougars squad coming off a 35-28 non-league win over Hopewell Valley Central (Pennington, NJ). The Cougars record now stands at 1-0.

With the defeat, Morristown drops to 0-1 on the campaign. The Colonials host Randolph (Randolph, NJ) to meet the Rams in a Super - Liberty White test on Friday, September 5. The Rams come into the test with a record of 0-1. Randolph lost 47-12 in their recent non-league test against Teaneck (Teaneck, NJ)
