The Fort Bend Elkins Knights edged the host Heights Bulldogs football team by a score of 21-20 in Friday's non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Knights face the Dawson Eagles (Pearland, TX) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, September 7. Fort Bend Elkins will attempt to improve on its 1-0 season record. The Eagles enter the challenge with a 0-1 record after their 52-14 non-league loss to Bridgeland (Cypress, TX).
