Walker Valley Mustangs (Cleveland, TN) backers exited the stadium pleased Saturday as they witnessed their volleyball team tip the visiting Hixson Wildcats (Hixson, TN), 2-1 in a non-league outing.

The Mustangs now have a 2-8 record. They play next when they travel to Chattanooga School for the Liberal Arts for a non-league outing on Saturday, August 30. Walker Valley will play a Eagles team coming off a 3-0 league win over Lookout Valley (Chattanooga, TN). The Eagles record now stands at 7-1.

The Wildcats (2-6) will now prepare for their game against Collegedale Academy (Collegedale, TN). The Collegedale Eagle go into the non-league game with a 1-1 record.
