Texas High School Volleyball - Logos Prep Academy tips New Caney

In Saturday's non-league challenge, the visiting Logos Prep Academy Lions volleyball team scored a close 2-1 triumph over the New Caney Eagles.

The Lions (11-6) will now prepare for their challenge against Faith West Academy (Katy, TX). The Eagles come into the non-league challenge with a 10-1 record. In their last challenge, Faith West Academy nudged Varsity Opponent (, ), 3-0, in a non-league test.

The Eagles now sport a 13-13 record. They put it on the line next when they host Oak Ridge for a 6A Region II District 13 game on Tuesday, September 2. New Caney will face a War Eagles squad coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Klein Cain (Houston, TX). The War Eagles record now stands at 16-5.
