August 31, 2024: US Air Force Academy, CO 80840 The Mesa Ridge Grizzlies (Colorado Springs, CO) football felled the host Air Academy Kadets (US Air Force Academy, CO), 46-27 in Saturday's non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Grizzlies play the Northfield Nighthawks (Denver, CO) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, September 7. Mesa Ridge will attempt to improve on its 1-0 season record. The Nighthawks go into the challenge with a 0-1 record after their 18-14 non-league loss to Roosevelt (Johnstown, CO).
The Kadets (1-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Sand Creek (Colorado Springs, CO). The Scorpions go into the non-league challenge with a 1-1 record. In their last challenge, Sand Creek toppled Harrison (Colorado Springs, CO), 50-16, in a non-league challenge.
