August 8, 2025: Roy, UT 84067 Fans at Friday's non-league battle between the Roy Royals (Roy, UT) and the visiting Taylorsville Warriors (Taylorsville, UT), saw Roy's soccer squad hold off Taylorsville by a count of 5-4.
The Royals (2-1) will now prepare for their battle against Morgan (Morgan, UT). The Trojans enter the non-league battle with a 0-2 record. In their last battle, Morgan was edged by Bonneville (Washington Terrace, UT), 5-0, in a non-league battle.
Next up, the Warriors confront the Jordan Beetdiggers (Sandy, UT) in a non-league battle, on Tuesday, August 12. Taylorsville will attempt to upgrade on its 0-2 season record. The Beetdiggers enter the battle with a 2-0 record after their 5-2 non-league win over Bear River (Garland, UT).
