Mississippi High School Volleyball - Northeast Lauderdale over Kosciusko

In Saturday's non-league challenge, the visiting Northeast Lauderdale Trojans volleyball team scored a 2-0 victory over the Kosciusko Whippets.

The Trojans (2-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Newton County (Decatur, MS). The Cougars enter the non-league challenge with a 4-2 record. In their last challenge, Newton County beat Neshoba Central (Philadelphia, MS), 3-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Whippets meet the Winona Tigers (Winona, MS) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, August 11. Kosciusko will attempt to upgrade on its 1-3 season record. The Tigers enter the challenge with a 3-0 record after their 3-1 non-league win over Houston (Houston, MS).
