West Virginia High School Football - Perry Traditional Academy tipped by Wheeling Central Catholic
September 1, 2023: Wheeling, WV 26003 The Perry Traditional Academy Commodores football team (Pittsburgh, PA), was tipped 20-18 in Friday's non-league challenge with the host Wheeling Central Catholic Maroon Knights (Wheeling, WV)
The Maroon Knights (1-1) will now prepare for their challenge against St. Clairsville (St. Clairsville, OH). The Red Devils come into the non-league challenge with a 2-1 record. In their last challenge, St. Clairsville nipped Zanesville (Zanesville, OH), 48-7, in a non-league challenge.
The Commodores now sport a 0-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Westinghouse for a Pittsburgh City challenge on Thursday, September 7. Perry Traditional Academy will meet a Bulldogs team coming off a 28-0 non-league win over Clairton (Clairton, PA). The Bulldogs record now stands at 1-0.
