California High School Football - Castro Valley tops Woodside
September 11, 2025: Woodside, CA 94062 The Castro Valley Trojans football squad scored 32 points and limited the host Woodside Wildcats to 16 in the Trojans non-league triumph on Thursday.
The Trojans now sport a 1-1 record. They take the field next when they host Redwood for a non-league test on Friday, September 19. Castro Valley will meet a Giants squad coming off a 37-7 non-league win over Maria Carrillo (Santa Rosa, CA). The Giants record now stands at 2-1.
The Wildcats (2-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Capuchino (San Bruno, CA). The Mustangs enter the non-league challenge with a 1-2 record. In their last challenge, Capuchino lost by Terra Nova (Pacifica, CA), 22-6, in a non-league challenge.
