New Mexico High School Soccer - Farmington nudged by Albuquerque Academy
September 11, 2025: Albuquerque, NM 87109 Albuquerque Academy Chargers (Albuquerque, NM) backers exited the stadium pleased Thursday as they witnessed their soccer team get by the visiting Farmington Scorpions (Farmington, NM), 1-0 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, Albuquerque Academy advances its record to 2-3 on the year. The Chargers host St. Pius X (Albuquerque, NM) to play the Sartans in a non-league bout on Tuesday, September 16. The Sartans go into the bout with a record of 3-1. St. Pius X won 4-1 in their recent non-league bout against Santa Fe (Santa Fe, NM)
The Scorpions (3-3) will now prepare for their game against Bloomfield (Bloomfield, NM). The Bobcats come into the non-league game with a 4-5 record. In their last game, Bloomfield edged Grants (Grants, NM), 9-0, in a non-league game.
