Ohio High School Soccer - Benedictine toppled by Solon
September 11, 2025: Solon, OH 44139 Solon Comets (Solon, OH) boosters exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they witnessed their soccer team triumph over the visiting Benedictine Bengals (Cleveland, OH), 9-0 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, Solon moves its record to 8-1 on the campaign. The Comets travel to North Royalton (North Royalton, OH) to meet the Bears in a Suburban - National test on Tuesday, September 16. The Bears come into the test with a record of 7-1. North Royalton won 2-0 in their recent non-league outing against North Ridgeville (North Ridgeville, OH)
Next up, the Bengals confront the Midview Middies (Grafton, OH) in a non-league outing, on Saturday, September 13. Benedictine will attempt to improve on its 1-5 season record. The Middies enter the outing with a 1-5 record after their 4-3 league loss to North Ridgeville (North Ridgeville, OH).
