September 12, 2024: Charleston, SC 29412 James Island Trojans (Charleston, SC) followers went home pleased Thursday as they saw their football team gain a win over the visiting Cane Bay Cobras (Summerville, SC), 25-12 in a non-league battle.
With the win, James Island advances its record to 2-0 on the season. The Trojans travel to St. James (Murrells Inlet, SC) to encounter the Sharks in a non-league battle on Thursday, September 19. The Sharks go into the battle with a record of 1-2. St. James lost 38-7 in their recent non-league battle against Wando (Mt. Pleasant, SC)
The Cobras now own a 2-1 record. They play next when they host White Knoll for a non-league battle on Thursday, September 19. Cane Bay will encounter a Timberwolves team coming off a 40-6 non-league win over Brookland-Cayce (Cayce, SC). The Timberwolves record now stands at 2-0.
