September 12, 2024: Sumter, SC 29154 The Sumter Gamecocks were victorious over the visiting Crestwood Knights football team by a score of 52-22 in Thursday's non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Gamecocks face the Spring Valley Vikings (Columbia, SC) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, September 19. Sumter will attempt to improve on its 1-2 season record. The Vikings enter the challenge with a 2-1 record after their 27-24 non-league win over Catawba Ridge (Fort Mill, SC).
The Knights (1-1) will now prepare for their challenge against South Florence (Florence, SC). The Bruins enter the non-league challenge with a 2-1 record. In their last challenge, South Florence fell by Carolina Forest (Myrtle Beach, SC), 10-0, in a non-league challenge.
