The Myers Park Mustangs volleyball team scored 3 points and restricted the visiting Berry Cardinals to 0 in the Mustangs league triumph on Thursday.

The Mustangs now possess a 8-6 record. They play next when they host South Mecklenburg for a So Meck 4A outing on Tuesday, September 17. Myers Park will play a Sabres team coming off a 3-0 league win over Ballantyne Ridge (Charlotte, NC). The Sabres record now stands at 7-6.

With the loss, Berry drops to 1-9 on the campaign. The Cardinals travel to Chambers (Charlotte, NC) to play the Cougars in a non-league outing on Monday, September 16.
