Colleton Prep Academy War Hawks (Walterboro, SC) followers went home in high spirits Friday as they saw their football team tip the host Calhoun Academy Cavaliers (St. Matthews, SC), 34-28 in a non-league battle.

With the win, Colleton Prep Academy advances its record to 4-1 on the season. The War Hawks host Clarendon Hall (Summerton, SC) to play the Saints in a non-league battle on Friday, September 19. The Saints go into the battle with a record of 0-4. Clarendon Hall lost 41-0 in their recent league match against Orangeburg Prep (Orangeburg, SC)

Coming up next, the Cavaliers confront the Andrew Jackson Academy Warriors (Ehrhardt, SC) in a non-league match, on Friday, September 19. Calhoun Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 3-1 season record. The Warriors come into the match with a 0-4 record after their 30-20 non-league loss to Northside Christian Academy (Lexington, SC).
