In Friday's league game, the Decatur Central Hawks (Indianapolis, IN) football team triumphed over the visiting Martinsville Artesians (Martinsville, IN), by a tally of 75-6.

In their next game, the Hawks battle the Mooresville Pioneers (Mooresville, IN) in a Mid-State game, on Friday, September 19. Decatur Central will attempt to better on its 2-2 season record. The Pioneers enter the game with a 3-1 record after their 43-21 league win over Greenwood (Greenwood, IN).
