The Thomas Stone Cougars football team (Waldorf, MD), dropped 35-7 in Friday's non-league bout with the host Great Mills Hornets (Great Mills, MD)

With the win, Great Mills advances its record to 2-0 on the season. The Hornets travel to Westlake (Waldorf, MD) to encounter the Wolverines in a non-league bout on Friday, September 19. The Wolverines enter the contest with a record of 1-1. Westlake won 31-9 in their recent non-league contest against Leonardtown (Leonardtown, MD)

Coming up next, the Cougars battle the Chopticon Braves (Morganza, MD) in a non-league bout, on Friday, September 19. Thomas Stone will attempt to advance on its 1-1 season record. The Braves go into the bout with a 0-2 record after their 42-3 non-league loss to St. Charles (Waldorf, MD).
