The Irish (4-0) will now prepare for their outing against South Eugene (Eugene, OR). The Axe enter the 6A Southwest outing with a 3-0 record. In their last outing, South Eugene tipped Grants Pass (Grants Pass, OR), 3-0, in a league test.
The Cougars now sport a 2-1 record. They take the field next when they host Crook County for a 4A Tri-Valley test on Tuesday, September 16. Mountain View will clash with a Cowboys team coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Henley (Klamath Falls, OR). The Cowboys record now stands at 0-2.
