Pennsylvania High School Football - Susquehanna tops Holy Redeemer
September 13, 2024: Wilkes-Barre, PA 18701 The Susquehanna Sabers football squad scored 40 points and limited the host Holy Redeemer Royals to 14 in the Sabers non-league triumph on Friday.
The Sabers now hold a 3-1 record. They take the field next when they host Lakeland for a non-league test on Saturday, September 21. Susquehanna will meet a Chiefs squad coming off a 56-6 non-league loss to Wyoming Area (Exeter, PA). The Chiefs record now stands at 2-2.
With the defeat, Holy Redeemer drops to 0-4 on the campaign. The Royals travel to Lake-Lehman (Lehman, PA) to meet the Knights in a non-league test on Friday, September 20. The Knights come into the test with a record of 2-2. Lake-Lehman lost 42-12 in their recent non-league test against Riverside (Taylor, PA)
