In Saturday's non-league match, the McIntosh Chiefs (Peachtree City, GA) volleyball squad prevailed the host Academy of Richmond County Musketeers (Augusta, GA), by a final score of 2-0.

Next up, the Chiefs confront the Starr's Mill Panthers (Fayetteville, GA) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, September 16. McIntosh will attempt to better on its 21-6 season record. The Panthers come into the bout with a 18-10 record after their 2-1 non-league loss to North Paulding (Dallas, GA).

With the loss, Academy of Richmond County drops to 20-2 on the campaign. The Musketeers travel to Harlem (Harlem, GA) to confront the Bulldogs in a 3A Area 4 match on Thursday, September 18. The Bulldogs enter the match with a record of 2-14. Harlem lost 3-0 in their recent non-league match against Alleluia Community (Augusta, GA)
