The St. Pius X Lancers topped the host St. Michael the Archangel Guardians volleyball squad by a final score of 2-0 in Saturday's non-league game.

Next up, the Lancers confront the Ursuline Academy Bears (St. Louis, MO) in a non-league outing, on Tuesday, September 16. St. Pius X will attempt to better on its 11-3 season record. The Bears come into the outing with a 6-2 record after their 3-2 league win over Nerinx Hall (Webster Groves, MO).

With the loss, St. Michael the Archangel drops to 7-5 on the campaign. The Guardians travel to Marquette (Chesterfield, MO) to play the Mustangs in a non-league outing on Saturday, September 13.
