The Veritas Academy volleyball squad (Austin, TX), was defeated 2-0 in Saturday's non-league battle with the host St. Michael's Warriors (Austin, TX)

The Warriors (19-8) will now prepare for their challenge against St. Joseph (Victoria, TX). The Flyers go into the non-league test with a 27-8 record. In their last test, St. Joseph achieved victory over St. Anthony (San Antonio, TX), 3-0, in a league test.

The now own a 8-17 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Hyde Park for a non-league test on Saturday, September 13. Veritas Academy will face a Panthers squad coming off a 3-2 league win over Regents (Austin, TX). The Panthers record now stands at 6-6.
