September 14, 2024: Austin, TX 78704 Texas School for the Deaf Rangers (Austin, TX) fans went home in high spirits Saturday as they saw their football team triumph over the visiting Indiana School for the Deaf Deaf Hoosiers (Indianapolis, IN), 46-0 in a non-league battle.
With the win, Texas School for the Deaf improves its record to 2-1 on the season. The Rangers host Prince of Peace (Carrollton, TX) to play the Eagles in a non-league battle on Friday, September 20. The Eagles go into the battle with a record of 2-0. Prince of Peace won 46-0 in their recent non-league battle against Round Rock Christian Academy (Round Rock, TX)
The Deaf Hoosiers now have a 0-4 record. They play next when they travel to Rock Creek Academy for a 8-Man Freelance (8 Man) battle on Saturday, September 21. Indiana School for the Deaf will play a Lions team coming off a 31-0 non-league win over Clarksville (Clarksville, IN). The Lions record now stands at 2-1.
