In Thursday's non-league battle, the host The Classical Academy of Sarasota Patriots volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the Clearwater Academy International Knights.

The Patriots (5-0) will now prepare for their battle against Sarasota Christian (Sarasota, FL). The Blazers come into the 2A District 11 battle with a 5-3 record. In their last battle, Sarasota Christian achieved victory over Imagine School at North Port (North Port, FL), 3-0, in a non-league battle.
