The Scott Central Rebels football team (Forest, MS), was knocked off 49-36 in Friday's non-league challenge with the host Leake Central Gators (Carthage, MS)

The Gators (2-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Velma Jackson (Camden, MS). The Falcons come into the non-league challenge with a 3-0 record. In their last challenge, Velma Jackson knocked off Jim Hill (Jackson, MS), 46-0, in a non-league challenge.

The Rebels now sport a 3-1 record. They take the field next when they host Forest for a non-league challenge on Friday, September 22. Scott Central will meet a Bearcats team coming off a 23-6 non-league win over Northeast Lauderdale (Meridian, MS). The Bearcats record now stands at 4-0.
