Texas High School Volleyball - Austin crushed by Dripping Springs

The Dripping Springs Tigers topped the host Austin Maroons volleyball team by a score of 3-0 in Friday's league test.

The Tigers now have a 36-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Lake Travis for a 6A Region IV District 26 test on Tuesday, September 19. Dripping Springs will confront a Cavaliers team coming off a 3-0 league win over Akins (Austin, TX). The Cavaliers record now stands at 33-4.

The Maroons (23-9) will now prepare for their test against Westlake (Austin, TX). The Chaparrals enter the 6A Region IV District 26 test with a 27-8 record. In their last test, Westlake was knocked off by Cornerstone Christian (San Antonio, TX), 3-0, in a non-league test.
