New Mexico High School Football - West Mesa beat St. Pius X
September 16, 2024: Albuquerque, NM 87120 The West Mesa Mustangs football squad scored 40 points and limited the host St. Pius X Sartans to 22 in the Mustangs non-league triumph on Monday.
The Mustangs now sport a 1-3 record. They take the field next when they host Atrisco Heritage Academy for a test on Monday, September 23. West Mesa will clash with a Jaguars squad coming off a 55-22 league loss to La Cueva (Albuquerque, NM). The Jaguars record now stands at 0-4.
With the defeat, St. Pius X drops to 2-1 on the campaign. The Sartans travel to Moriarty (Moriarty, NM) to clash with the Pintos in a non-league test on Monday, October 14. The Pintos come into the test with a record of 1-3.
