In their next game, the Trojans play the Piedmont Hills Pirates (San Jose, CA) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, September 22. Milpitas will attempt to improve on its 7-3 season record. The Pirates go into the challenge with a 4-0 record after their 26-0 league win over Lincoln (San Jose, CA).
