The Castle View Sabercats triumphed over the visiting ThunderRidge Grizzlies softball squad by a count of 19-4 in Wednesday's league challenge.

Next, the Sabercats meet the Rock Canyon Jaguars (Highlands Ranch, CO) in a 5A/4A Continental challenge, on Friday, September 19. Castle View will attempt to upgrade on its 4-7 season record. The Jaguars enter the challenge with a 8-7 record after their 8-5 league win over Chaparral (Parker, CO).

The Grizzlies (4-9) will now prepare for their battle against Ponderosa (Parker, CO). The Mustangs come into the 5A/4A Continental battle with a 5-10 record. In their last battle, Ponderosa was routed by Rock Canyon (Highlands Ranch, CO), 8-2, in a league battle.
