In Wednesday's non-league challenge, the visiting Portage Central Mustangs volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the Norrix Knights.

The Mustangs (16-15) will now prepare for their challenge against Fruitport (Fruitport, MI). The Trojans come into the non-league challenge with a 13-6 record. In their last challenge, Fruitport beat Godwin Heights (Wyoming, MI), 3-0, in a league challenge.

Next, the Knights play the Union City Chargers (Union City, MI) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, September 19. Norrix will attempt to upgrade on its 14-6 season record. The Chargers come into the challenge with a 9-9 record after their 3-0 league loss to Concord (Concord, MI).
