The Verdugo Hills Dons edged the host Poly Parrots volleyball squad by a final score of 3-2 in Thursday's league game.

Next up, the Dons confront the Grant Lancers (Van Nuys, CA) in a East Valley game, on Monday, September 22. Verdugo Hills will attempt to advance on its 4-5 season record. The Lancers go into the game with a 8-2 record after their 1-0 non-league win over Larchmont Charter (West Hollywood, CA).
