The Verrado Vipers volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the host La Joya Community Fighting Lobos to 0 in the Vipers league victory on Tuesday.

The Vipers now have a 5-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Desert Edge for a 5A - Desert West game on Thursday, September 21. Verrado will confront a Scorpions team coming off a 3-1 league win over Westview (Avondale, AZ). The Scorpions record now stands at 5-10.
