The crowd at Thursday's non-league contest between the Thacher Toads (Ojai, CA) and the visiting Milken Wildcats (Los Angeles, CA), witnessed Thacher's football squad topple Milken by a tally of 46-21.

The Toads (1-1) will now prepare for their contest against Laguna Blanca (Santa Barbara, CA). The Owls enter the Tri-Valley (8 Man) contest with a 1-0 record.

Coming up next, the Wildcats confront the Desert Christian Knights (Lancaster, CA) in a Heritage (8 Man) contest, on Thursday, September 26. Milken will attempt to better on its 1-2 season record. The Knights enter the contest with a 3-1 record after their 49-0 non-league win over Kern Resource Center (Bakersfield, CA).
