The Tournament Opponent edged the visiting Millard South Patriots softball squad by a count of 6-5 in Friday's non-league challenge.

Next, the meet the Blue River (David City, NE) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, September 20. Tournament Opponent will attempt to upgrade on its 2-1 season record. The enter the challenge with a 14-5 record after their 11-1 non-league win over Centennial (Utica, NE).

With the loss, Millard South moves to 9-12 on the season. The Patriots travel to Lincoln Northeast (Lincoln, NE) to confront the Rockets in a non-league battle on Saturday, September 20.
