The Eagles now possess a 15-11 record. They play next when they travel to Veritas Academy for a TAPPS 4A District 4 outing on Tuesday, September 23. Brazos Christian will play a team coming off a 3-2 league win over Texas School for the Deaf (Austin, TX). The record now stands at 9-18.
With the loss, Navasota drops to 18-10 on the campaign. The Rattlers travel to La Grange (La Grange, TX) to confront the Leopards in a 4A Region III District 22 game on Tuesday, September 23. The Leopards go into the game with a record of 19-12. La Grange won 3-0 in their recent non-league game against Cuero (Cuero, TX)
