In Friday's non-league match, the visiting St. Joseph's Collegiate Institute Marauders football squad scored a good 30-14 victory over the Erie Royals.

In their next game, the Marauders clash with the Varsity Opponent (, ) in a non-league match, on Saturday, September 10. St. Joseph's Collegiate Institute will attempt to move on its 1-0 season record.
