North Carolina High School Soccer - Carolina Friends knocks off Cresset Christian Academy
September 2, 2025: Durham, NC 27705 Fans at Tuesday's non-league battle between the Carolina Friends Quakers (Durham, NC) and the visiting Cresset Christian Academy Eagles (Durham, NC), saw Carolina Friends's soccer squad triumph over Cresset Christian Academy by a count of 8-0.
The Quakers (1-3) will now prepare for their battle against The Burlington School (Burlington, NC). The Spartans enter the NCISAA Central Carolina Athletic battle with a 3-4 record. In their last battle, The Burlington School notched a victory over Bethany Community (Summerfield, NC), 8-2, in a non-league battle.
Next up, the Eagles meet the Sheets Memorial Christian Eagles (Lexington, NC) in a non-league match, on Friday, September 5. Cresset Christian Academy will attempt to move on its 0-2 season record. The Eagles come into the match with a 1-3 record after their 6-1 non-league loss to Covenant Classical (Concord, NC).
