Ohio High School Football - Western Reserve tops Lowellville

September 20, 2024: Lowellville, OH 44436

The Western Reserve Blue Devils football squad scored 41 points and limited the host Lowellville Rockets to 22 in the Blue Devils league triumph on Friday.

The Blue Devils now sport a 5-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Memorial for a Mahoning Valley - Scarlet test on Friday, September 27. Western Reserve will meet a Red Devils squad coming off a 37-8 league loss to Springfield (New Middletown, OH). The Red Devils record now stands at 2-3.

With the defeat, Lowellville drops to 3-2 on the campaign. The Rockets travel to Mineral Ridge (Mineral Ridge, OH) to meet the Rams in a Mahoning Valley - Scarlet test on Friday, September 27. The Rams come into the test with a record of 3-2. Mineral Ridge won 42-18 in their recent league test against Waterloo (Atwater, OH)
