September 20, 2025: Santa Rosa, CA 95403 Cardinal Newman Cardinals (Santa Rosa, CA) boosters left the game thrilled Saturday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting Healdsburg Greyhounds (Healdsburg, CA), 2-0 in a non-league test.
With the win, Cardinal Newman improves its record to 4-0 on the season. The Cardinals travel to Ukiah (Ukiah, CA) to meet the Wildcats in a challenge on Thursday, September 25. The Wildcats come into the challenge with a record of 2-3.
Next, the Greyhounds meet the Heritage Patriots (Brentwood, CA) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, September 20. Healdsburg will attempt to upgrade on its 4-7 season record. The Patriots go into the test with a 3-0 record after their 2-0 league win over Liberty (Brentwood, CA).
