Kansas High School Volleyball - Blue Valley can't get by Mission Valley

Mission Valley Vikings (Eskridge, KS) followers left the game satisfied Saturday as they saw their volleyball squad edge the host Blue Valley Rams (Randolph, KS), 2-1 in a non-league test.

With the win, Mission Valley upgrades its record to 12-9 on the campaign. The Vikings host Cair Paravel (Topeka, KS) to play the Lions in a Flint Hills challenge on Tuesday, September 23. The Lions come into the challenge with a record of 9-5. Cair Paravel won 2-0 in their recent league challenge against West Franklin (Pomona, KS)

Next up, the Rams face the Hanover Wildcats (Hanover, KS) in a Twin Valley game, on Tuesday, September 23. Blue Valley will attempt to advance on its 2-9 season record. The Wildcats go into the game with a 10-2 record after their 2-0 non-league win over Republic County (Belleville, KS).
