In Saturday's non-league challenge, the visiting Lakeshore volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the Patrick Taylor Science & Tech Academy Tigers.

The (6-8) will now prepare for their challenge against Hahnville (Boutte, LA). The Tigers come into the non-league challenge with a 7-6 record. In their last test, Hahnville went down by Mt. Carmel (New Orleans, LA), 3-0, in a non-league test.

The Tigers now sport a 4-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Kenner Discovery Health Sciences Academy for a non-league test on Saturday, September 20. Patrick Taylor Science & Tech Academy will face a Swamp Owls squad coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Archbishop Chapelle (Metairie, LA). The Swamp Owls record now stands at 7-3.
