With the triumph, Canon-McMillan moves its record to 6-2 on the campaign. The Big Macs travel to Peters Township (McMurray, PA) to meet the Indians in a non-league match on Wednesday, September 25. The Indians come into the match with a record of 9-0. Peters Township won 3-0 in their recent non-league match against North Allegheny (Wexford, PA)
The Spartans now sport a 6-3 record. They take the field next when they host Blackhawk for a WPIAL AAA 4 contest on Monday, September 30. Montour will battle a Cougars team coming off a 4-0 league loss to Moon Area (Moon Township, PA). The Cougars record now stands at 4-5.
