The St. Benedict at Auburndale Eagles volleyball squad (Cordova, TN), was edged 3-2 in Tuesday's league battle with the visiting First Assembly Christian Crusaders (Cordova, TN)

With the win, First Assembly Christian improves its record to 2-8 on the season. The Crusaders travel to West Memphis Christian (West Memphis, AR) to meet the Black Knights in a non-league contest on Tuesday, September 30. The Black Knights go into the test with a record of 20-2. West Memphis Christian won 3-0 in their recent non-league test against Memphis Home Education Association (Memphis, TN)

The Eagles now own a 7-9 record. They put it on the line next when they host Brighton for a non-league test on Wednesday, September 24.
