Texas High School Volleyball - Gilmer overwhelmed by Spring Hill

Spring Hill Panthers (Longview, TX) backers exited the stadium pleased Tuesday as they witnessed their volleyball team run past the visiting Gilmer Buckeyes (Gilmer, TX), 3-0 in a league outing.

The Panthers now have a 27-6 record. They play next when they travel to Chapel Hill for a 4A Region II District 16 outing on Friday, September 26. Spring Hill will play a Bulldogs team coming off a 3-2 league win over Cumberland Academy (Tyler, TX). The Bulldogs record now stands at 5-20.

The Buckeyes (13-13) will now prepare for their game against Kilgore (Kilgore, TX). The Bulldogs go into the 4A Region II District 16 game with a 19-16 record. In their last game, Kilgore went down by Carthage (Carthage, TX), 3-0, in a league game.
