In Thursday's non-league challenge, the visiting Burney Raiders volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the Butte Valley Bulldogs.

The Raiders (10-9) will now prepare for their challenge against Los Molinos (Los Molinos, CA). The Bulldogs come into the Five Star challenge with a 6-15 record.

Next, the Bulldogs meet the Tulelake Honkers (Tulelake, CA) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, September 27. Butte Valley will attempt to upgrade on its 1-10 season record. The Honkers come into the challenge with a 8-11 record after their 3-0 league win over Big Valley (Bieber, CA).
