In Thursday's non-league challenge, the visiting St. Albans Red Dragons volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the Ritchie County Rebels.

The Red Dragons (15-10) will now prepare for their test against Chapmanville Regional (Chapmanville, WV). The Tigers go into the non-league test with a 5-9 record. In their last test, Chapmanville Regional went down by Logan (Logan, WV), 2-1, in a non-league test.

The Rebels now sport a 0-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to St. Marys for a Little Kanawha test on Tuesday, September 30. Ritchie County will play a Blue Devils team coming off a 2-0 league loss to Madonna (Weirton, WV). The Blue Devils record now stands at 11-8.
