Bald Eagle Area Eagles (Wingate, PA) backers exited the stadium pleased Thursday as they witnessed their soccer team triumph over the host Forest Hills Rangers (Sidman, PA), 5-0 in a league test.

With the triumph, Bald Eagle Area advances its record to 8-2 on the campaign. The Eagles host West Branch (Morrisdale, PA) to clash with the Warriors in a non-league test on Monday, September 30. The Warriors come into the test with a record of 7-1. West Branch won 4-0 in their recent non-league test against Tussey Mountain (Saxton, PA)

The Rangers now have a 7-5 record. They take the field next when they host Westmont Hilltop for a Laurel Highlands test on Tuesday, October 1. Forest Hills will clash with a Hilltoppers team coming off a 4-0 non-league loss to Conemaugh Township (Davidsville, PA). The Hilltoppers record now stands at 0-6.
