Adams Central Flying Jets (Monroe, IN) fans went home in high spirits Friday as they saw their football team achieve victory over the visiting South Adams Starfires (Berne, IN), 35-7 in a league battle.

With the win, Adams Central improves its record to 6-0 on the season. The Flying Jets travel to Southern Wells (Poneto, IN) to meet the Raiders in a Allen County test on Friday, October 3. The Raiders come into the test with a record of 2-4. Southern Wells lost 47-14 in their recent league test against Bluffton (Bluffton, IN)

With the defeat, South Adams drops to 3-3 on the campaign. The Starfires host Jay County (Portland, IN) to meet the Patriots in a Allen County challenge on Friday, October 3. The Patriots go into the challenge with a record of 2-4. Jay County won 21-7 in their recent league challenge against Woodlan (Woodburn, IN)
