South Carolina High School Football - Hilton Head Island over Bluffton

The crowd at Friday's league contest between the Hilton Head Island Seahawks (Hilton Head Island, SC) and the visiting Bluffton Bobcats (Bluffton, SC), witnessed Hilton Head Island's football squad knock off Bluffton by a tally of 38-28.

The Seahawks (5-1) will now prepare for their contest against Bishop England (Charleston, SC). The Battling Bishops enter the AAAA Region 6 contest with a 5-0 record. In their last contest, Bishop England thwarted Woodland (Dorchester, SC), 52-6, in a non-league match.

Coming up next, the Bobcats confront the Beaufort Eagles (Beaufort, SC) in a AAAA Region 6 battle, on Friday, October 3. Bluffton will attempt to advance on its 4-2 season record. The Eagles go into the battle with a 2-3 record after their 48-0 non-league win over Battery Creek (Beaufort, SC).
