Charles O. Dickerson Blue Raiders (Trumansburg, NY) boosters were content Friday as they observed their football squad thwart the visiting Groton Red Hawks (Groton, NY), 54-26 in a league match.

The Blue Raiders (3-1) will now prepare for their match against Oneonta (Oneonta, NY). The Yellowjackets come into the non-league match with a 3-1 record. In their last match, Oneonta defeated Susquehanna Valley (Conklin, NY), 39-28, in a non-league match.

Next up, the Red Hawks play the Sidney Team (Sidney, NY) in a non-league battle, on Friday, October 3. Groton will attempt to improve on its 1-2 season record. The Team go into the battle with a 3-0 record after their 36-26 non-league win over Harpursville/Afton (Harpursville, NY).
